Dear MMSA Families,

It is with great excitement that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year at Marshall Math Science Academy. My name is Amy Grab, and I am honored to serve as the proud principal of our incredible school community. Having spent my entire educational career in the Harrisburg School District, and most recently serving as the assistant principal at MMSA, I have had the privilege of building relationships with our students, families, and staff. I know firsthand that Marshall Math Science Academy is a special place where students are challenged to meet their highest potential.

At Marshall Math Science Academy, we believe every student deserves to be seen, valued, and inspired to reach their fullest potential. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported. Through rigorous, grade-level instruction and strong academic, social, and emotional supports, we empower every student to grow and thrive. We believe that when students experience high expectations, meaningful relationships, and a true sense of belonging, they can accomplish extraordinary things.

We know that student success is strongest when schools and families work together. Your partnership is invaluable, and we are committed to maintaining open communication, building trusting relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities for family engagement throughout the year. Our Family Engagement Specialist, Social Worker, School Counselors, teachers, and support staff are eager to welcome and assist your family. Whether you have questions before school begins or need support during the year, we are here to help ensure every student can succeed.
